Nice stay with view Positive: We like the proximity, the view , the bed Negative: Air conditioning and blackout curtains would greatly improve the stay. The fan wasn’t enough and the city lights made the room very bright at night.

Top Lage & Ausstattung Positive: Super Lage & sehr schönes neues Apartment. Negative: Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt muss man bei offener Türe schlafen, allerdings ist es sehr laut draußen. Also nichts für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf.

How can it be called a Luxury Apartment but have no Aircon? Positive: The accommodation is well stocked and furnished. The location is great and it was easy and hands-off, which we really enjoyed Negative: Sadly, you cannot call yourself a "Luxury accommodation" and not have an aircon - it very much ruined our time at the apartment. We were in the apartment in the peak of Summer, and it was only equipped with a floor fan. We therefore had to keep the sliding door open for fresh air, but because you are located directly on the Sea point main road, with people racing their cars all night long, and partying and screaming all night, having the windows and doors open is not really an option. The apartment gets really hot during the day, and at night, we barely slept, having to contend with the loudness from outside, or sweating. The bedding was also clearing winter bedding, which did not help the problem. Overall, I loved this unit, but would not go back unless they have a working aircon, and I would not recommend anyone stay here in Summer until they have one.
